Our favorite restaurant (so far) in Burnaby is Take Sushi on Hastings just east of Willington (next to the ethiopian restaurant). I highly recommend the calamari salad (OMG) and the tuna tatake. Jason is the owner – he is very warm, friendly, and outgoing and runs his business like a family. I couldn’t find it on your site but maybe you’ve been there and I just can’t find it? I guess Burnaby is a big city when it comes to restaurants…. wish I was in your Friday group!!
