Keith Floyd was a legend. He was a gourmand, a drinker of extraordinary means, a pioneer of TV food shows and one helluva cook. He lived life with a passion and on his final day indulged to the fullest. Since his heyday in the 80’s and early 90’s he disappeared from the public eye. The years of excess had caught up with him but his zest for life remained. British film-maker Keith Allen tracked him down in Avignon, France and made Keith Meets Keith. This documentary is sad, poignant and hilarious all at the same time.
